Workshop on Cybersecurity Diagnosis in an Industrial Automation Environment

The workshop is based on a case study in order to acquire detailed knowledge on the state of cybersecurity in an industrial facility by identifying weak points and understanding the cyber risks that the facility is facing; and a proposal of actions to improve cybersecurity. The workshop is structured to apply a cybersecurity diagnosis to an industrial environment.

Topics addressed in the workshop:

  • Industrial automation technologies and risk scenarios.

  • Industrial use cases.

  • Characteristics of the diagnosis.

  • Methodology and interviews.

  • Systems diagnosis.

  • Physical security diagnosis.

  • Third-party diagnosis.

  • Diagnosis report and presentation.
